Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by owner of the www.prostoreshop.com (Human p.t.o.) and the buyer. For these terms of purchase, the buyer is a natural or legal person who orders at least one product, fills out the required information and orders the ordered product through the website.
By placing orders with it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms. If you find any subject not acceptable, please contact us before placing your order.
We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real products.
We try to ensure that each customers visit is unique while at the same time being an enjoyable shopping experience. If you have any questions or feedback then please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
We’d appreciate if you can give us as much information as possible. If you need to get in touch regarding an issue with one of our products, please include photos so we can understand the issue straight away.

For a valid product order, the person completing the order must be older than 18 . The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered when registering.
Besides each product are details – product name, short description, price, quantity and whether it is available on stock. You can also click the product image to enter product page with detailed informations. Where relevant, select the correct item size or color if offered and choose product by clicking “Ad to Cart” box. Product will then automatically be added to your cart. You can either continue shopping, adding more than one item to your cart at any time.
Once you are ready to place your order, click on the “cart” icon on the top right corner and then click “checkout”. If You want to remove some of the products from your cart click “view order” box in your shopping cart or just click the “X” icon on the right side of the product to remove all products.
In the next checkout step you access order form “Biling Details”, where you are required to enter your personal data. If you want products to be delivered to a different adress, it is obligatory to enter the recipient’s data by selecting the specified option.
After choosing the way of payment and placing the order a notice will be displayed on the screen that order is received and you will receive a special notice electronically on the receipt of the order at the indicated e-mail address.
Prices displayed beside a particular product are shown in Croatian Kuna are valid for all forms of payment and include 25% VAT. For the foreign buyer prices are shown in Euro currency (eur). COMING SOON!
We generally process orders within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately to enquire about the status of your order. If the order has been processed and shipped then Prostoreshop will provide you with a refund or store credit once the product has been returned unused and in the original packaging.
In the event of a refund, the buyer is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the submitted data, since Prostoreshop will make a refund in accordance with the submitted data.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
Mastercard or Visa. Our trusted secure payment getaway is handled by Raiffeisen Bank Austria.
All prices on Prostoreshop are quoted in Croatian kuna. PayPal payment will be converted into your currency and the amount of your credit card linked to the Paypal account will be charged through the conversion of prices in Euros or Dollars to Croatian Kuna at the current exchange rate by Croatian National Bank.

When You choose this way of payment You will receive email with detailed information You need to make a payment. Net banking payments are hosted by PBZ ( Privredna Banka Zagreb).

CASH ON DELIVERY (for Croatian customers only). You will pay total amount + post delivery fee directly to the postman or in Your local post office. Be aware that You have 5 business days to collect Your product at the post before they return it back to Us.
We recommend using the same shipping and billing address, however if the order is a gift then it is possible to ship to an alternative address. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email.
VAT Within Croatia we are obliged to charge 25% tax on products. VAT is included in product price.
The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Prostoreshop do not store any credit card data.
We ship orders within 1-2 business days via Croatian Post (HP) and it will usually take
1-3 working days for all cities in Croatia,
5-7 working days to main cities around the Europe and
5 – 14 days to the rest of the countries depending on the post services in each country.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery to the islands usually takes longer.
Please be advised that for orders outside the EU, shipments will be subject to import fees and taxes of your own country which are due on arrival. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.
For each purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking code, so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time. You can check the status here: https://www.posta.hr/en.

We want you to be happy with your purchase but in case of a return we will refund your payment.
The return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, took possession of the purchased goods.
In order to exercise your return right, you must notify us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post) of your decision to return your purchased goods before the return period expires.
Please make sure the goods are unused and in the original condition. Please include a receipt, tags and packaging together with the goods.
Please, return the goods without delay, before the return period of fourteen days expires to: HUMAN P.T.O., c/o Darko Dominik, Sokolgradska 59, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
Once goods are returned to us we will quality check them and refund all payments that we have received without delay. Please note that any payment costs related to the purchase and import fees will not be refunded.
We are able to exchange products, so if you decide you would like a different product please don’t hesitate to contact us via e-mail within 7 days.
Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach to us. We cannot be held responsible and are not obliged to pay full payment refund for any goods that lost value because of poor care, damage/defect caused by wear and tear and incorrect usage or lost in transit. We recommend you to use a tracking service when returning your order to us.
Products that You can buy on Prostoreshop webshop are designed & made by MultiRational Co. – Our own brand that stands behind Prostor design store.
Other designers products that You can find in our physical store “Prostor”, we are not offering through our web shop at the moment but fill free to contact us regarding any inqury and we will try to help You with purchase if possible.
If the product you are looking for is no longer on our website it might have been a limited edition or simply has been sold out to make way for something new. We are always working on a new things so please keep your eyes on our webshop for updates.
Our products are often made of waxed cotton canvas which is nicely relaxed and rugged. White wax marks show the character of the material which is what makes it so unique. Waxed canvas has a waxy feel with a mottled look that develops over time. The surface shows creases and marks easily, adding character to the material. You can emphasise this by deliberately scrunching it in your hands.

Claims & repairs
In case you receive a damaged product please e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the pictures attached so that we can clearly see the defect and please explain the problem. We will contact You back ASAP.
Please attach a receipt or a copy of the bank transaction to the email too. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage.
In case of a claim we will repair the product if possible. If the product is not repairable, we will ask for return and send you a new product. If the product is not repairable and is discontinued, you can choose other/ similar product.
If You have purchased our product in one of our stockists (retailers), we kindly ask You to contact them directly.
