Shipping
We ship orders within 1-2 business days via Croatian Post (HP) and it will usually take
1-3 working days for all cities in Croatia,
5-7 working days to main cities around the Europe and
5 – 14 days to the rest of the countries depending on the post services in each country.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery to the islands usually takes longer.
Please be advised that for orders outside the EU, shipments will be subject to import fees and taxes of your own country which are due on arrival. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.
TRACKING
For each purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking code, so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time. You can check the status here: https://www.posta.hr/en.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase but in case of a return we will refund your payment.
RETURN PERIOD
The return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, took possession of the purchased goods.
In order to exercise your return right, you must notify us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail or a letter sent by post) of your decision to return your purchased goods before the return period expires.
CONDITION
Please make sure the goods are unused and in the original condition. Please include a receipt, tags and packaging together with the goods.
Please, return the goods without delay, before the return period of fourteen days expires to: HUMAN P.T.O., c/o Darko Dominik, Sokolgradska 59, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
REFUND
Once goods are returned to us we will quality check them and refund all payments that we have received without delay. Please note that any payment costs related to the purchase and import fees will not be refunded.
EXCHANGE
We are able to exchange products, so if you decide you would like a different product please don’t hesitate to contact us via e-mail within 7 days.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach to us. We cannot be held responsible and are not obliged to pay full payment refund for any goods that lost value because of poor care, damage/defect caused by wear and tear and incorrect usage or lost in transit. We recommend you to use a tracking service when returning your order to us.
Claims
In case you receive a damaged product please send us a e-mail immediately with the pictures attached so that we can clearly see the defect and please explain the fault. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage. Please attach a receipt or a copy of the bank transaction to the email too.
In case of a claim we will repair the product if possible. If the product is not repairable, we will ask for return and send you a new product. If the product is not repairable and is discontinued, you can choose other/ similar product or refund.
